Our first location in Sugar Land which we opened in 2015 showed us the overwhelming demand  to our courses and workshops. In our tiny shop we welcomed students from around the world. In 2020 we closed our first location due to Covid. We are excited to be reopening in 2024 in an expanded new location!

 

Classes are offered generally twice a year and based on demand.

Are you looking for an amateur chocolate class for fun, a team-building exercise or a chocolate party and not actually a full on professional course? *We are a very small boutique chocolate shop and this is a hands on course with no commercial equipment or high tech chocolate machinery.

*Satisfaction Guarantee: Because we are focused on your education and happiness we are happy to offer an open door policy. If you ever wish to refresh your memory or feel you didn't have enough time to practice,  you may attend the full course or portions of it at no additional charge when it is next offered in a group setting. Also students who've taken the full course who just wish to practice more are welcome to schedule complimentary practice time with us. We want you to succeed and will do everything we can to support, mentor and encourage our students.
